  • Quels sont vos passe-temps, qu'est-ce que vous aimez faire dans votre temps libre?
    As I stated before I've many interest, one of those interest is writing. I find writing to be therapeutic and enriches life. When I'm not cycling, weightlifting and massaging, you'll find me writing or reading a nonfiction book.
  • À quelle fréquence voyagiez-vous? Préférez-vous voyager ou êtes-vous plutôt casanier?
    I do enjoy traveling as often as possible. I take pleasure in interacting with other human beings from different areas of the world. I'm enamored with other humans culture and their experiences. With my love of traveling, that doesn't detract from a quiet evening at home watching a film or relaxing with friends. So, if you want to define me and my travel, I would say I prefer traveling than being a homebody.
  • Quelles sont les particularités de votre mode de vie qui fait de vous la personne que vous êtes?
    I'm a affable man with many interest. I have a passion for helping people become their best selves and achieving a healthy lifestyle. I'm an avid cyclist and enjoy engaging outdoor activities. Also, I'm well versed in nutrition and have an unique knowledge of the micro-biome (The living creatures in your gut) and how they work with or against your body. So, what I wrote above are a few of my passions and what type of lifestyle I live.
  • Quel régime alimentaire et de remise en forme suivez-vous?
    I live a active and nutritious lifestyle. Cycling, hiking, swimming, sauna, and weight lifting keep my physical body wellness in check (helps with mind wellness also). To fuel theses activities, I have a regimented diet. I eat only grass-fed and pasture raised meats, along with any nutritious planet based foods. I don't eat processed foods, sugar, grains or dairy. I eat akin to the Paleo diet, but I don't like to put labels on things - its just how eat. It does matter what goes into your body. I don't believe the old adage that calorie is a calorie.

    That's simple. Food, water, shelter, myself (meaning less ego), and the innate drive in myself to be a better person. I don't need the material items for happiness - just myself and the joy that comes with self-realization.
