I was 455lbs back in May of 2022 and decided to make a big change. I had sleeve gastrectomy and started back to the gym. Since then I have lost over 160lbs, put on a bunch of muscle, and am in the best shape of my life. It has been so great for my mental health to love what I see in the mirror these days. I currently lift at the gym 5 days a week, and hop on the Peloton every day. Diet is weird for me post surgery, so I end up eating a lot of chicken to keep up the protein intake.
